Position - Digital Marketing Director
Location - Norwalk, CT, 06851
Salary - $130,000 - $150,000/year

What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
- Direct, manage and execute all digital marketing activities
- Develop customer-journey strategy in the digital space and omnichannel execution
- Execute all tactics: SEM, SEO, Website updates/production, ecommerce merchandising, social media, programmatic, content development, and media buying
- Optimize current digital marketing program and expand into other channels
- Oversee website experience to provide a dynamic digital experience across devices
- Manage e-commerce businesses including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, online marketing, web design, customer service, web analytics and technologies
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability
- Create and execute email marketing programs, promotional, trigger-based, targeted/segmented campaigns, and service/post transaction emails
- Develop email KPIs and create weekly, and monthly reporting
- Create and execute marketing campaigns that leverage the appropriate digital channels
- Partner with marketing leadership for the strategic oversight of the digital marketing roadmap
- Create and execute campaigns that generate measurable sales and footsteps in brick-and-mortar locations
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current and emerging trends in digital marketing, technology, and e-commerce
- Develop and manage all Customer Relationship Marketing touch points
- Drive testing, reporting, optimizing, and analyzing channel performance
- Work with the creative, content, and social media teams to create relevant digital marketing content
- Manage digital marketing budget
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail
- Experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce Merchandising and Web Production functions, SEO, Google Analytics, Paid Search, Social Media, Display, Video, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, Content Development, App Marketing, and Product Recommendation Engines
- Proficiency in using MailChimp, WordPress, Shopify, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office
- Ability to hit the ground running with no time for on-the-job learning
